Phil Ball put together a really nice display of 1 to 1 items and one sixth displays - all built on the theme of WWII Tankers. First we have some Russian tankers and troops, followed by a grouping of British tankers and a French armored crewman. Finally, he finishes off his miniatures with one of his M5 Stuarts and a grouping of American tankers.
He also had this display of French, Russian and British headgear, along with an American coverall, map case and Thompson and M3 replicas
Also included was this display of American items... yes... I did do a little drooling over this stuff!
A view back across the room towards the entrance
Finally, a display by Wesley Caudle and Cory Lord. The Bren Carrier is one of Cory's and is a beautiful vehicle. Behind the Carrier is amazing British Firefly, created by Wes for Phil Ball. And yes... I drooled over this as well. The craftsmanship on this tank is just outstanding. Wes is a true artist!
And that's all folks. Somehow I managed not to take any pictures of the vendor tables this year - my bad. Hopefully Fred will get some. Hope you enjoyed what I did get though. It is a great show! Point Man out!
